Laurence began his career in 1990 working on Wall Street as an Account Executive where he built strong relationships to assist clientele with investment strategies. He moved into the recruiting industry in 1997 where he specialized in providing contract staffing solutions in the fields of Accounting & Finance within the Southern NJ and Greater Philadelphia Regions.

Laurence joined QUAD656 in 2008 where he assisted in opening up the contract division for QUAD656 in the Southern NJ market.

Laurence has shown a unique ability to build strong relationships with both his clients and candidates by bringing a solid commitment to high standards. He believes that his strong listening and follow-up skills has helped him to stand out from other recruiters and lead to a high rate of successful placements.
